How the companies work as one ecosystem
Syairozi Group is a holding company whose companies supply, power, move, maintain and promote one another, while each still runs under its own director and serves its own customers outside the group. The work flows along a few concrete paths: from farm to kitchen, from sun to pump, from warehouse to port, from workshop to fleet, and from studio and software team to every brand.
Separate companies, one set of needs
Syairozi Group was founded in Indonesia in 2026 as a holding company. Each of its companies does a single job: Syairozi Agro grows, Syairozi Foods cooks, Ramz Nusantara Spices exports, Syairozi Logistics moves, Syairozi Energy powers, Syairozi Auto Garage maintains, Aditama Bangun Indonesia builds, Syairozi Media brands, SYZi Labs builds the technology, and Syairozi Foundation gives back.
Read that list slowly and the overlaps show. A kitchen needs produce. A farm needs power. Produce and goods need moving. Vans need servicing. Every company needs a brand, a website and software. An ecosystem, in this sense, is not a slogan. It is the set of places where one company’s work becomes another company’s input. The sections below walk through those paths one by one.
From farm to kitchen
Syairozi Agro is building a closed-loop farm: a well, an aquaponics system at its heart, poultry, and compost that goes back into the ground. While the farm is being built, Agro supplies fish, hydroponic greens, eggs and poultry together with partner growers and co-ops. It sells to businesses: distributors, markets, restaurants and food makers.
Syairozi Foods is one of those customers. Foods cooks Indonesian food in three classes, everyday, hanging out and fine dining, held to one kitchen standard. Its live brand is miantau, built on noodles and fried shallots, with Warkop SYZi and Resto Sri Rahayu, a Javanese court kitchen, still to come. Foods also supplies warungs, minimarkets, caterers and restaurants. When Agro’s fish, greens, eggs and poultry go into Foods’ kitchens, the group knows where the ingredients came from.
The farm’s loop has one more link. Its pumps and farm lights are designed to run on the sun, and solar is Syairozi Energy’s field. Energy installs rooftop solar tied to the grid, hybrid and off-grid systems with batteries, and solar water pumps and street lights, and it surveys, designs and cares for each system. Its customers are mainly businesses, with homes as well, and it sizes systems to daytime use. For Agro, that means a farm planned around water and light that run on sunshine rather than on fuel.
Moving goods, from doorstep to port
Syairozi Logistics started by delivering for the companies of Syairozi Group, and it is now open to other businesses. It runs couriers for the last mile by motorbike and van, inter-city trucking that crosses islands by roll-on ferry, a cold chain for food and fresh produce on a refrigerated partner fleet, and warehousing and fulfilment.
Inside the group, those services meet three companies. Produce from Syairozi Agro has to reach buyers fresh, which is the cold chain’s job. Goods from Syairozi Foods have to reach kitchens and shops. Spices for Ramz Nusantara Spices travel by truck and through warehousing to the port. Ramz Nusantara Spices exports Indonesian spices to buyers abroad and connects each spice with its Indonesian origin, so the journey from origin to port is part of what it offers.
Keeping vehicles and places in working order
A delivery company is only as reliable as its vehicles. Syairozi Auto Garage keeps the group’s cars, vans and motorcycles moving, starting with the fleet Syairozi Logistics depends on. It handles maintenance and repair, diagnostics, body and paint, fleet livery and fleet contracts. Its way of working is simple: diagnose before anything is taken apart, explain before any work starts, and keep a record for every vehicle. The garage is also open to other companies’ fleets and to private owners.
Companies also need physical places to work from. Aditama Bangun Indonesia is the group’s construction and civil engineering company. For project owners outside the group it works on bridges, roads and districts, with precision as its standard. For the group, it builds and engineers the places the other companies need.
Brand and technology for every company
Two companies serve all the others. Syairozi Media is the group’s in-house studio, working in video production, motion and animation, photo and graphic design, and social and content. It made the brands and imagery for every group company, and it also takes outside clients.
SYZi Labs is the group’s software company. It builds its own products and works with clients on web applications, AI and workflow automation, websites and digital experiences, and improvements to existing products. Inside the group, Labs builds the software, websites and automation behind the companies; it built the Ramz Nusantara Spices website, for example. Labs works in visible steps: a shared problem statement, an agreed scope, the build, then verification and handover.
Together, these two mean a company in the group does not start from a blank page. Its look, its film and photography, its site and its tools come from colleagues who already know the group.
Giving back, from within
Syairozi Foundation is the group’s giving. It draws on people from across the group and gives back on a steady rhythm, from within, by its own people. It does not raise funds and does not accept donations. It shows no numbers and no faces, because the giving is not for show. In the ecosystem, it is the one company whose work is not sold.
What the group gains, and what each company keeps
The gains are practical. Work that would otherwise go to strangers goes to colleagues who share a standard. A problem in one part of the chain, a late van or a failing pump, is something the group can see and fix together. And each company learns from the fields next to it: the kitchen from the farm, the courier from the garage.
Independence is kept on purpose. One group head runs Syairozi Group, but each company has its own director, an operator with deep experience in that company’s field. Each company also serves customers outside the group:
- Syairozi Agro sells to distributors, markets, restaurants and food makers.
- Syairozi Foods supplies warungs, minimarkets, caterers and restaurants.
- Syairozi Logistics, Syairozi Auto Garage and Syairozi Energy are open to other businesses.
- Syairozi Media and SYZi Labs take outside clients.
- Ramz Nusantara Spices sells to buyers abroad, and Aditama Bangun Indonesia works for project owners.
That outside work matters. A company that only serves its siblings has no one to tell it the truth about its prices or its quality. Outside customers keep each company honest, and the group is stronger for it.
